Nvidia shield plex server not starting. I did it twice, reformatted twice to get it working again. It always shows “Stopped”, although I can see the server and play movies from it, although streaming now is slow and pauses frequently. . Forum post said re-install, I did, but when you install Plex the second time the wizard does not give you an option to start the server. As of yesterday, I could stop and start the server and I believe it listed the Server version. Plex Server now does not start. Usually, I’d fix this by (1) deleting the TMP files in the Plugin-Support\Databases folder, and/or (2) replacing the current DB in that same folder with a backup from a previous day It started by me not being able to access my library on any of my client apps because Plex couldn't establish a secure connection with the server, and now it's progressed to the point where my server won't even turn on inside of the Shield. The server service was constantly stopping, or not reachable, a quick restart of the server (from plex settings) and you could few content, only for it to crash again.
